This year we've made it quick & easy to register electronically using credit cards and PayPal , or you can fill out and submit your registration by mail. If you would like to learn more about registration - go to registration page

Upon receipt of your Pay Pal registration we will reply to you via email to confirm your registration and ask you to complete a few questions about the total room nights you want.  We will then book your hotel room(s) for you and confirm back to you the completion of all your registration/reservations.

These special rates are available (3) days before and (3) days after the conference - subject to availablity and based on a minimu stay of Friday and Sat. night (Jan 23/24). The maximum number of people per guest room is two (2). Check-In Time is 3:00 PM : Check-Out Time is Noon
